This is my first Userbar, I think it needs to run a little longer but not really all that sure. I liked my Dj_Syllabear though I think it looks cool.

Do you know how to change the time interval? I am not to sure where exactly it is at least it doe snot just jump out and say so.

I use Photoshop CS3 .

Here we go I think this one should be a little slower.
