I like the Sasuke sig, recommend erasing the tiles over his face and fiddling with the text a bit.
Over all the 3 are nice, though Sasuke is your best out of the 3.

just my guess about the master chief one but if im correct that it was done in photoshop you used a mild ocean ripple or glass filter followed by a mosaic filter. Am i right?
