Contructive Critisism please

I have been working on my sigs and after reading a few tutorial i made the following sig and would like some serious and in depth constructive critisism please.

Here is the new sig I made for a friend in a forum for our WC3 Clan

New Edit: Another Friend asked me to make a sig so I came out with this one:

Honestly, all you've done is grabbed a render, pasted it on. Duplicated it and played around with some blurs distort and some other stuff and threw a black background.

If you are using photoshop, i recommend you to start learning how to use brushes which may help you with your signatures. + look for more tutorials

Oppai, may i remind you we love fonts and such? ^^ Well if it is Zelda you should probably find some font that matched to Link (The chars name btw) like a Medhival Font and maybe a text like "Zelda", "Randmothz", "I will save you" (Save Princess Zelda), or something like that. But yeah a vital part if your using Photoshop is brushes

Probably should have put your username or something on the sig. The sig is just too plain and you need to cover those areas on the left and right which make the sig too plain. Do something with it add some color or maybe watch more tutorials.

Want to Learn to Photoshop?

Simple -Tutorials

Go to www.deviantart.com
Type in on search; Signature/Photoshop Tutorials
Follow and Learn them, and gradually advance in your knowledge, and you'll soon be able to make a decent set of sigs ect.

For the Sig I suggest :
1. Get Brushes (Download at Deviantart.com)
2. Blend the Render with Background (Duplicate and add effects ect)
3. Play around with Lighting
4. Add a Border (Pm me if you need info)
5. Try get it Higher Quality (looks a bit fuzzy - and find a less edgy render)

So Far
1. Good Blend in Background, it maybe basic but essential in Sig Making (Pick up on that)
2. Good Render, It'll be nice to work with (try play with colours ect)

(Try Sticking a c4d/abstract render in there - and set it to soft light/overlay)

Good Work so Far, You'll get there soon enough, just need resolve to learn

ya i had a c4d for it but it wouldnt show up well. Thanks all for the critism

Im really trying to get better when i have the time but ive been busy with a lot of side projects (my friends are asking me to make an AMV and its killing my free time). As soon as i get to work on another sig I'll post here for more criticism!
