Alright... So I recently just got a tablet. And today officially starts my winter break!!! So I'm gonna be working on my drawings, and just post them in this thread. CNC is always welcome (hopefully BassChan can lend me some tips >.>)

Honestly, I liked it before you colored it, but your color choices could use some work.

Hmm, TY. A lot of this was supposed to be black/red but I quickly realized, I fail hardcore at shading black atm lol -.-.

Just remember, cyan, black, pink, and red don't work well together.

Oh thanks for the link. I've never really been a color nut in my drawings so this is a whole new thing for me. Thanks ^_^.

Ya I prefer it before it was colored. Would look nice if you vectored it in photoshop.

Trying not to vector. I've done some of those before and they do turn out nice, but I personally don't like the effects, and I find vectoring to be insanely boring. This is all on the computer btw.

Gonna take another stab at coloring using another drawing I did last week, better lineart so might come out better who knows.

My opinion is the same as the others. Looks pretty good without the colors

Well its a nice attempt at coloring though. Try and see if you can just a part, say her hair, and just work with just that. Work with the shading and lighting.

Haha thx Edzer and Phoenix. Ya, I prolly won't continue working on this one, hence why she's nameless lol. But I am working on another atm, taking my shading and color choices more into account. If I'm done before sleep I'll post it, if not. Expect it up tomorrow ^_^.

Try cleaning your sketches more and really taking the time to get the lines clean, the lineart basically looks to me like you did a cleaner sketch over a rough one, it takes a long time to do lineart but once you finish it it's worth the time.

I reccomend against sketching digitally, I have a tablet and find it harder to do and prefer to draw on paper, since it has a texture whereas drawing with a tablet feels like trying to draw on glass and by that I mean its sliding around easy. Though sadly sketching it digitally is the only way I can get it into digital form for me

Thanks alot for the tips man. I do usually get my lineart the traditional way, but I though I'd try this for a spin lol. The one I'm currently working on is.... SOOOO MUCH DAMN BETTER lol. I guess me getting my head out of my ass worked decently -.-; Thanks for the link man.

Very cool, but she looks a bit... plastic. You might wanna tone down the intensity of the lighting a bit.
