ok after having been given a lot of advice i at least hope this has improved from the last 2 (3rd times charm

I know its not brilliant but better than other attempts right?

Pros
- Good Centralisation of the render.
- Good use of Shadow
- Background aint half Bad

Cons (Constructive Criticism )
- Text blends into too much, making it hard to read, try changing the Colour, i suggest a darker colour e.g Black
- Pretty low quality render, plus theres alot effects over it, doesnt help much. I suggest, removing all the effects to it, and simply blend it.
- Some Brushes might help, it'll liven the sig up or add some C4d's and play with the texture of the sig.

Im guessing your a beginner, so nice try

its not bad, the quality of it brings it down alot though. if your using gimp save the image as a jpg at 100% quality. also try to use higherquality renders from planetrenders for example.
you are improving, but as jakku said look at a few tuts.

it's to bright
try to adjust the bg color to the colors in your render
i can't read the text
so try to use another font & put your opacy on 100%

It's not looking that bad, you have improved indeed, but, yes, it is to bright. The text isin't really readable :| Also imo there isin't very much focus on the person but on his leg xD Hehe. But well. You say you hope you've improved. Well it takes more than 3 days or so to become an artisan GFX Maker

Not too shabby, but the text is a bit hard to read against the background, as someone else had also mentioned.

I like it but a little too squished and tect is too hard to read=p
