Cool these are pretty good.

Idk much about rendering so I don't know of any constructive criticism I would have.

Well they're not bad, but you really need to check your edges, you've left alot of white boxes between hair ect. You havn't really been careful to not cut into the image and leave the lines intact. This is very evident on the last one.

A really good way to check how it's come out is just to run a black background behind it, it shows up all the mistakes. (Or just copy it into paint, that gives it a black background too)

Also, who is the one in the 3rd one, she looks like Allison from Allison and Lillia.
