Avi - 9/10 - Really effective and I like alot.
Sig - 3/10 - Basic effects, messy and lacks a serious focal point. Not bad for a beginner but try to develop you skills more by following a tutorial.

Avi- 8/10 just because i don't know who is that guy -.-
Sig- hmm 9/10 It's coll and stuff but i think it would be much better if it was like 2.5x in Width

P.S Don't rate mine i will change it soon when mxdan finish his master peace xD

av - 7/10 - i like that flicking, its just right lol. (i wonder what its from)
sig1 - 6/10 - very pretty sig, well done but i have no idea what its supposed to signify
sig2 - 8/10 - high mark cos i love that silver hair. very cool pic.

overall - 6/10 the sigs and av dont really match uptogether regardless of how cool each one of them is. sorry.

ya the av was HUGE when i found it so i scaled down but it became all blocky. i was too lazy to keep fixing it. and the sig is Sephiroth duh!

ahm overall - 4/10 - sorry they are just too blurry for any of them to really wow me.

sig1:- 6/10 I don't watch Naruto so I can't comment too much, but it looks ok ...
sig2:- 7/10 it's quite blank, but it's nice. I like the colours.

Ooh, cuteness! 8/10 for the avatar, its kawaii but a little plain.
i like the kawaiiness again of the sig, 8/10 but you should add a border.

It's really awesome! =] I can't really see the poparteeb part but it still gets a 10 because of its pure awesomeness.

@popa: it has a border (white) but you can't see coz the bord is white

i can't rate my own sigs but i think they're kawaii
2nd sig: 8.5
effects are a bit too muc but i like the font & nice render

To everyone who wanted to know what's up with the guy in Poparteebs avatar, it is shirou from Fate/Stay Night.

The woman (Saber) went out of the bath naked hence why he is trying not to stare and is blushing.

The reason it's flicking is just because its an animation which repeated a tiny action lol. The flicking is nothing significant in that scene.
