Avatar - Hmmm... this would more-or-less be a judgement of how good the drawing is

Sig 1 - Very good render, awesome writing, nice effect but it's a shame that naruto's hokage hat sticks out of the picture when it could be slightly more blended in. 9/10
Sig 2 - Again, nice, but doesn't seem to have the same effect as the previous sig. 7/10

avatar: 9/10 nice juxtaposition of text
sig 1: 8/10 since its a nice clean sig but a little bland
sig 2: 9/10 since that is prty cool placement
and i like your exias animated gif.

sig1: 9/10 berry bad ass... I laug whe I stare death in the face... because It's nothing compared to what i can take.

sig2: 8/10 the anbu dude is cool, and the colors don't look like they are about to make my eyes crawl right out of their sockets.

(I changed the quote in my sig to an excerpt of the manifesto)

Now for the signature, its different from everyone elses which is nice. Nice originality. So I give it an 8 as well.
