I have made a few Naruto ones of the past and a really good Sasuke one, but i cant find it must be on my external hardrive. But sometimes i cant get them to play at full speed.

use the Home + end button to select where to cut the video. Once u finished highlighting the part you wanna cut just click save avi, then open that avi and ull see somewhere in the options to make file into gif.
