It seems quite a few people like it. I was wondering, and although this will sound dumb, who is the person in it? I honestly just downloaded it and liked a lot, don't even know who she is or what series she's from. Enlighten me, please.

Probably, though at first glance, with blonde hair, it could easily have been Chii from Chobits don't you think so?

I can tell you it's not Misa, the picture has been hanging around for ages, long before DN. I don't know who it is though. Probs OC art.
