I've been on a lot of forums and websites and this is really the first that I have to iether clear cache or refresh the page to not view the same page as the last time I saw it. I have IE and I'm just wondering if it might be just my com being slow, the browser, or some setting that does this?

you need firefox to use the forums properly, i had a similar problem a while back so yeh just download firefox to ur computer and all will be fine

yeah its an IE problem only, it doesnt exist on Firefox. so yeah download that and it ll work like a charm

Default FF settings: (access via Edit- Preferences)
- Content: "block popups" == yes, "load images" == yes, Java/Javascript == no (if you have script plugin installed and allowed zomganime/zomgforums, otherwise yes)
- Privacy: "keep history" == 1 day, "accept cookies from sites" == yes, "keep cookies until" == "i close firefox", private data == "always clear private data if i close ff"
- Security: remember passwords for sites == no, use master password == no
