Think he was refering to Mangekyo Sharingan, because that's Kakashi's one Sharingan related mystery at present.

The other mystery still being what the heck he looks like underneath that mask.

Anyway, I don't know whether Sasukes electricity attack is that good or not. Cant their opponents just keep running around? Im pretty sure sasuke cannot aim at them completely. Unless that jutsu has a wide radius. But dang, a Lightning Strike.... LOL

yeah also madara can use his mangekyou forever since he took out his brothers eyes
kakashi will go blind eventually.
