i just noticed this while looking at enigmaindex's signature and thought it was weird. This is a screenshot taken while sasuke is activating his sharingan. notice the circles

Now think about this and the Samsara eye of Pain in the akatsuki

that just seems weird to me so i thought i would share it and see your thoughts

I think it's just a coincidence. Imo, I think Sasuke's eye just looks like that when he activates his doujutsu. All 3 main eye techniques have some kind of circle in their user's irises.

It means nothing. Pein's eyes are completely different and extremely more powerful then Sasuke's.

I think the rinnegan's powers are control over all elemental chakra, Jiraya mentioned something about that during his fight with pein.

It may not mean anything but you never know, a lot of manga writers plan way ahead for things. Take bleach for an example. In intro art of the very first volume of Bleach on the far right of one page is a drawing of Shinji

yea i think the rinnegan gives control over every chakra element and who knows what else wish we knew more about it.
