Me too, just read it^^ I guessed I am not the only one surprised. I still wonder how Raki (did you know Raki is the name of a Turkish brandy?) could have become a hybrid, the organisation doesn't turn males into claymores anymore (as far as we can know).
Is it just me or is it really hinted that claymores stop aging once their metamorphosis is completed? For example, Raphaela is one of the oldest known hybrids, but she doesn't seem to have aged since that flashback where her sister Luciela became an Abyssal One, which has to be quite a long time.

It's not that improbable actually. Considering that they can heal wounds, which would be fatal to a human. Advanced cellular regeneration would deal with that, and if it occurs rapidly enough then it would slow to halt the aging process.

Main reason why we regular humans can't do this, is because there's a limitation on the number of times our cells can divide. Sooner or later they run out of fuel, so to speak.

In addition, remember the Yoma hidden in the city? That was a fairly old being as well. Considering Claymores are hybrids, it stands to reason that this is one of the abilities that they've inherited from the Yoma.

As for Raki, maybe he got a little gift from Priscilla. Boys will be boys..

Yeah, back to topic^^
I still wonder how Raki became a hybrid, do you think Isley turned him to one? I mean, they spend quite some time together, given that Isley knows a lot about Yoma and Raki insisted in getting stronger, anything could have happened...
