Who has read it and watched the anime? What Chapter in the Manga would I start for the end of season 2 of the anime?

Both are absolutally amazing, ummmmm... the manga is going through a gaiden arc atm, but its still awesome.

You Don't. The anime splits off from the manga before S2 Ep17

. Watch the Tsubasa Tokyo Revelation OVA then continue the manga from ch136.
