YEN Plus: what do you think?

I was in a store today and saw a magazine called YEN Plus. It is a pretty big magazine filled with Manga inserts. I have been reading it and its not to bad kinda fun to read. I was wondering if anyone else has seen or read it? Is it new cause i have never seen it before?
