Hey Im a supermoderator over at mangafox, we have a huge range of manga though we can be a little slow to update at times but we always have the major manga asap the site is actually being overhauled at the moment and in a week or so will have a new look and everything severs are being updated as well as vbulletin.
The forums there are also lively so if you get the chance check it out.
