Hi! The review team effectively broke up over a year ago, and I posted the last review in early August 2009. Most of the team are now staff members/owners of other sites. We got little or no recognition for the work were doing, so we just gave up. I am still active on ZOMG forums, amongst others, and I have just been asked to start writing reviews for another site. My advanced age and little online time will limit my output.

to hit 3.9 all i do is raise the multipliers and the voltage to 1.45v

If all you did was increase the FSB, that's most likely the problem, what have you done so far to hit your 3.9ghz?

Saw your message about the 4.0 ghz issue, you should've been able to hit 4ghz easy with 1.5v with just about any motherboard. Are you using the multiplier? set it to 20, and bus speed to 200.
more than 1.5v is a little bit too much. Are you trying to get 2000mhz speed out of your ram?
