then with has...
"Yuviel has control over the barriers of Spirit Sanctuary".

Has = have, but used in special cases.
As = unrelated, used to connect words / sentences.

Noticed you kept type the word "Has" where "as" is the word that would usually go in it's place, just putting it out there ,)
