I would one hundred percent say that a mix of Sharingan, Henge and Kage Bunshi, would be the best in the real world. Sharingan with three tomes by the way.

Kage to do alot of things at once and one could like work out while tho other one studies while you play games or sleep, the things you learn and the muscles yuo build while working out mix in to your body when you release the technique ( Reference to the manga; naruto's element training with Kakashi )

Henge to get away with things like you could transform, do something idk, illegal lets say and trans back after you escape.

Sharingan to cheat on tests and lol for the nosy people; read lips very well to get other peoples secrets and black mail them

If i had to chose one probable between sharingan and Kage. If two, Sharingan and kage, if three than all of the above.

suicide terrorists can wreak havoc easily, imagine a small contingent of bunshin daibakuha hidden under henge. *boom* chaos in a can.

But I agree that such a Jutsu also would be pretty usefull.
The sharingan would also be nice. You would get an A+ at every class that uses movements of the body

yondaime (4th hokage w/e) basically throws a shuriken (spelling) w/ some note on it, and he teleports to where the shuriken goes/ lands... i think its somthing like that...
I'd like kage bunshin btw, since i would be able to multitask w/ it.

I would pick the sharingan because its super powerful. You can invade there mind on whim and do a bunch of strong attacks. It would definitely be the most effective for anyone nowadays.

Byakugan ftw. You could pretty much be a legend as you could see 358 degrees, see further and all that jazz. Plus if u had someone looking at you face to face you could really creap em out by using it and they would be like "HOLY **** LOOK AT HIS EYES!!! AHHH!!!" *Runs away screaming and holding onto his head.*
