Guy cuz when he open all 8 gates he can defeat anyone .
He would probably die at the end but also he would kill the enemy to.
Not to mention if he open all 8 gates and plus he drink that red pill from Chouji omgom 8 gates and then 100 times stronger ? he would destroy anyone with just look from his eyes lol

I think either Kakashi or Pein. Although he got expelled/banned from his village, is the ( 2nd ) leader of Akatsuki, he's still a jounin right?

I think so. does anyone know what kabuto is? if he is ajounin i would pick him along with kakashi itachi pain and Madara XD

Kabuto is still a Genin, he never passed his chunin exams. but, that doesn't mean he doesn't have as much power as a jounin. In the early anime around the time they first met Tsunade, Jiraya said that Kabuto might be a genin but he would give even Kakashi a hard time.

Yeah is saw that episode but wasnt the chunin exams thing a secret mission for orchimaru?

Yup but that doesn't change the fact that he never passed it. He isn't originally from Konahoa ( spelling ) but he lived there since he was found in the war when he was still a baby, his records say that he's still a genin ( reference to a little after the 2nd part of the chunin exams.
