Someone told me that Itachi kills Sasuke and then Naruto kills Itachi. Is that true? Can't be bothered to be watching Naruto Shippiden at this momment so I am clueless.

I asked my friend again this is what he told me "this" time. He says Itachi uses his jutsu to much *the eye one* and he goes blind and he disapears. They never mention him again and he gets kicked out of that cloud cloak wearing club thing*it starts with a "a" I don't remember the name* Then Naruto kills Sasuke. Is what my friend said true this time?

No that has not happened in the Manga yet. The latest that happened was that Sasuke stabbed Itachi and Itachi died that is all that happened. Unless he somehow managed to now die.

Sorry to tell you but your friend is feeding you bullshit, unless he personally knows Kishimoto i would stop listening to him and read the manag for yourself.
