Zero No Tsukaima:Futatsuki no Kishi episode 4 and 5 are same episodes so I'm guessing episode 5 was mistaken for episode 4.

Unfortunitly the link I gave below at around 10 minutes the subs and sound and anime just don't go together like one second apart. It's late at night today so I won't be able to go searching for the episodes but when I get back I'll be sure to update.
