Sounds like a buffering/processor issue to me.

Whenever I got too many things going on in the background, then the sound/video I'm watching get out of sync. Fiddling around with the timer bar tends to fix it for a bit. Only thing that really helps is cutting out the stuff in the background.

(In my case, either stop uploading material or stop converting them to another format.)

it's episode 4 and i've tried what you've said but it still doesn't work.

Will redownload it again then, and try to convert to wmv9, maybe that'll help.

Ok, I've redownloaded it, and tried to convert it several times, but I can't seem to create a version, which does not have this sync-delay.

Unfortunately, uploading the original version that I downloaded isn't an option, because Megavideo won't accept that video, and just keep it in converting mode indefinitely. And I know this, because we've had prior experiences with that problem.

So, I'm afraid there isn't much more that I can do about this.
