Complicated/philosophical anime

Looking for something like Deathnote. Iam already watchin Ergo Proxy and Code Geass so dont suggest them.

DN Angel is by far the best anime I've watched.

Steel Angel Kurumi isn't bad, it's a romance but it has stuff like that. Look it up on wikipedia

That wasn't helpful, unless all of the anime's on your list are like Death Note.
Uh, might give Higurashi no Naku Koro ni a try. It's more horror/mystery, but it's pretty damn weird.
Also, I won't personally vouche it, but you might try Steel Angel Kurumi, like Darkwarz suggested. Besides that, not really sure. -_/o.O\_-

Actually, I did some research for you. Other anime's that are decently Death Note like in the Mystery/Outsmart/Beat the Police area are:
Darker than BLACK
Spiral
Akagi
Night Head Genesis

I think I'm gonna actually put Darker than BLACK and Spiral on my plan to watch list, as it is. lol. Anyways, hope I helped
