I suggest watching Baccano! It is somewhat funny, has action and kinda bloody.
Another one would be the macross series like Macross Frontier and Macross Zero, they are mecha anime.

I'd say Fate/Stay Night, Zero no Tsukaima, Busou Renkin. Hmm....Ecchi....maybe Golden Boy I've never watched that..

Tengen Toppa_Gurren Lagann, its so insainely over the top and crazy, plus its the most colourful and creative anime Ive seen In a long while plus its a Meccha/ecchi/ action-type thing, you cant go wrong

Out of everything I'd pick either Ranma 1/2 or Dual! parallel because they both are awsome and old school animes

Yes Eureka 7 is pure awesome, I might even go as far as saying its my favourite anime so far, Gurren lagann is also still worth watching tho.
