there were two anime series i cannot remember the name of maybe someone can help me out, i will describe as best as i can

one was of a disease that made people paranoid and drove them to eventually kill their friends

and the other was of this girl that was practically god and didn't know it, i cannot remember too many details of it since i watched it long ago

Girl = God is probably Haruhi.

Disease thing..
Maybe Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai aka When Cicadas Cry (least that's the Western name for the game, which inspired the series).

thanks for the help, these are the ones i was looking for, during summer i rewatch old anime and i decided to watch these

it seems episode 20 of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni was subbed in Spanish...
