Hopeless-Savage

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm looking for a new anime to watch. I just finished BECK for the 2nd time(once in Japanese and once in English) and I loved it, I also really loved Nana and was wondering if there were any other anime like this, realistic and with a focus on music(particularly rock and punk), if not some good realistic anime suggestions would be appreciated as well.

I also really enjoyed FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Lain, and Code Lyoko so if you have suggestions for those as well just throw 'em out.

if you're looking for a musical anime i would suggest la corda d'oro->more focused on classical music though, flute, violin, cello, trumpet but its a nice anime overall. im not a big action anime fan so i dont about the others one though
