((We got a mission to go to the Sand Village to help fight the Kyuubi until the Fourth Hokage and backup gets there, but everyone's resting right now before we head out the next day. Seifer, Misuzu, Arturia are one team, and the rest are a team as well, then Hyuuga went on his own.))

Noticing that Seifer was looking at her she turned to him and smiled. "Hai, it is" she said looking up.

Tenderly, he sat up and scooted closer to her. "If there's ever anything you want to tell me, I'm here for you, you know..." He looked down and grumbled. He'd never shown emotion to people, so why in the hell was he starting now?

Misuzu smiled and put her head on his shoulder. "You're very sweet, Seifer-kun"

He shrugged, then blinked. "Seifer...-kun?" He blushed lightly and turned around to face the fire again, wrapping an arm around her shoulder.

Hanging upside down in a tree, Kodai kept a constant flow of chakra at his feet as he glanced down at the campfire where the others were. He was acting as their look-out. His eyes glowed a reddish-orange as they were synced with his pet hawk's eyes as it flew around the area every once in a while. He grinned at Seifer-kun. "That's different..." He folded his arms and continued on with his business. The hawk, who he named Katsumi, flew down and landed on the branch he was hanging from. He rummaged in on of his pouches and brought out a couple of pieces of beef jerky and gave it to her as a treat.

Eventually, morning came.

Seifer awoke unusually, meaning he wasn't flailing as he did so. he sat up and looked. Across the campfire remains lay Misuzu. He smiled and blushed lightly, then stood. Seifer smiled and stalked off to get them some breakfast before they next set off.

Suzumiya sat by a little creak, few meters from Okai's and Asakura's camp. He heard steps, so stood up quickly and looked around. He noticed Seifer walking around the forest. Yagami nodded to himself, realizing that he needs to eat some breakfast too.

The woodpile he used yesterday evening for the campfire was now glum. He picked up a little cauldron, which was left here by the previous campers at this place. He settled it up on the woodpiles. He walked to the creak again, and picked up the brown bucket he used to wash himself before. Suzumiya laid the bucket in the creak. When it was full of water, he took it and procceeded to his little camp. He poured the water from the bucket in the cauldron. Last step - warming up the water. Suzumiya closed his eyes and focused on the woodpiles. In about two seconds the woodpiles were burning again, warming up the water in the cauldron.

He walked up to his little bag and took out a ramen noodle can. Suzumiya sat by the fire, waiting for the water to finally warm up...

Seifer hummed and sat down back at the camp fire, relighting the wood. He stopped humming as he set the raw fish down to be cooked on the broad flames. "Wakey, wakey, rise and shakey, people..."

Misuzu yawned and sat up. She looked around and saw Seifer sitting by the campfire. She smirked as she knew he hadn't realized she was awake. Deciding to scare him, she crept up behind him. "Good morning Seifer-kun" she said in his ear.

Seifer didn't jump. Instead, the kawarimi poofed into smoke, revealing itself to be a mere log. From behind Misuzu came his voice. "Good morning to you too, Misuzu-chan." he tenderly licked her ear before beginning to cook the fish a bit more.

Misuzu crossed her arms and pretended to pout.
"No fair..." she said thinking she really did scare him

Seifer smiled and gave her a quick, gentle hug. he then set out the fish so they could cool. "Careful, that's hot."

The morning was bright and crisp and Arturia yawned. She felt ravenous and rummaged in her bag for the ramen she had packed from the day before. Heating it with a wave of chakra, she settled down the eat, legs crossed, she contemplated. She saw Suzumiya showing off and smiled. It did smell good though and she was hungry. Finishing her portion, she grabbed another bowl then thought better of it. She went jogging into the forest to work it out.
