Naruto Predestiny: Before

This takes place several, several years before even the first episode of Naruto. About 25 years to be exact. It's basically just a test RP.

Name: Okai Seifer (First name is last, Last name is first)

Age: around 18

Gender: Male

Village: Konoha

Blood Limit (If you want one, and please don't mind the fake Japanese): Saruten, Matsuru Kaikyou: Eye technique that allows for him to see in total darkness and/or see infrared.

Rank: Chuunin

Personality: A total ass to most people, but he's pretty handy in a fight. He's cold and cruel sometimes, sure, but actually very caring to friends and people he hardly even knows. He fails to show emotion, usually.

Appearance: Red eyes and long, purple hair. Yes, that's natural, especially for his family. Pale skinned and wearing a long black coat, he tries to smile. A small scar goes across his left cheek. It is shaped like some sort of S. He's tall and a little muscularly built.

And that's all you need. I'll start once we get at least two or three people.

Personality: Does what he wants when he wants. Believes he is much smarter than people around him so he never takes anything seriously. Also he really hates people who think they are better than him.

Appearance: sexy muscular.

Gender: Male

Village: Konoha

techniques (Hyouton): Ice techniques with his main technique being able to fire a frenzy of ice spikes, (like haku, only that its not one at a time but more of a multiple blast e.g spike bomb)

Rank: Genin

Personality: Cold towards others, very sarcastic and is a man of little words, he'd rather express himself in a fight then describe himself. (has a serious obsession with crackers and cheese and loves to say cheesy lines after a fight, also he is hard to piss off)

Apperance: Dark green eyes that glow blue when angered, has firey red spirky hair, a mark on his neck shaped like a diamond (something rare within his family clan that appears on children with high capabilities, it gives them abilities others in the clan dont have) tis 5ft 10 and a medium build and onley wears brown, green or white with natural designs on it (such has a tree or forest like)

Yawning from both tiredness and boredom, Seifer sat quietly on top of the Hokage's place, looking out at the beautiful blue sky. He smiled and ate his lunch, having done a hard mission and just gotten back. Seifer looked out over the quiet afternoon of Konoha and smirked. He liked being on the Hokage's place for several reasons. For one, it gave a great view. Two, the Fourth's wife wore these nice dresses that showed off what she had to offer, which he sadly couldn't have. And third, it was a nice place to get away from his friends, and the world.

The silence was marvelous...And then he fell asleep.

OOC: Actually, OOC is when you speak for yourself. IC is when you speak through your character. EXample being:

Personality: Serious and quiet at times, but is an out-going person who is caring toward his friends and family, he is determined individual.

Kodai sighed happily, breathing in the fresh air as he stood at the opened window of his room. He usually went to bed late, and woke up around noon. He stretched his arms and back, and worked out as he always did, and finally got dressed before jumping out of the window toward the building across from his. He jumped from rooftop to rooftop before landing in front of his favorite place to get something to eat.

"Kodai!" shouted the chef when the older man saw him. "I thought you'd never wake up."

"Ahh," Kodai rubbed the back of his neck. "I can never stay asleep passed lunchtime, and you know that." He chuckled and sat down on the stool, and pressed his gloved hand over his stomach when it growled. "And that, my friend, is why."

The chef laughed. "Let me guess, you want the usual?"

"Certainly!" Kodai smiled. "I'm starving!"

"Okay. It'll be ready in a few minutes." He gave Kodai a cup of water to drink while the young chuunin waited for his meal.

Kodai kept on smiling when he waited, and looked at the people walking around in the area. It was a quiet day...maybe too quiet...he frowned a little. He always had a feeling...but maybe he was just being too cautious.

After what felt like mere moments, Seifer awoke, opening his eyes to the sight of the sun shining in his face. He smiled and stood, then bounded away to what he considered the 2nd best restaurant in the village.

Seconds later, he sat down beside Matsushina Kodai. His face had a smile, as usual, and the Chuunin was drinking water.

Seifer yawned a little. "Yo." He calmly mumbled, wiping the sleep from his eyes. He smiled to his friend and placed his order to the chef's beautiful young daughter. The girl giggled and ran off to make said meal. "Looks like you're a few minutes late, Ko-kun."
