"What's an...." He stopped as he reckonised Duo and that night so long ago when they all met he looked around and it began flooding back to him "DUO! It is you LOKI and MAT too you have no idea how good it is to see you all again" He slipped throught Duo's grasp and gave them all a hug after that he stood in front of them and reliased what he had done "Oh umm sorry it just feels like forever since i've seen a friendly face what have you all been up 2 anyway?".

Duo's face turned red. "Certainly despising the thought that you were still alive. I'd been hoping to kill you myself...I mean...Umm..." He reversed back into himself, and his body lay down against the wall, going into a dormant, yet alert state.

Elsewhere, Atlas' smile only widened, as it had done over the past few weeks. This was perfect. All his enemies were in one place. Now, he need only wait till they find him...That would only take a few hours once Duo awoke again. Then, he'd activate the program within Duo, which would force him into attacking those he called "allies", whether he liked it or not.

Mat arched an eyebrow at the sudden collapse of Duo. 'This can't be good. I knew Duo was a strange Master, with a strange past, but I have to put the line at random collapses. Something is up. Something is up, and it can't be good.'

Rather than begin questioning the happening, Mat nonchalantly walked over and sat next to Duo, trying to make it appear as if the Master had just sat down to take a nap. "So Jake, where've you been?"

Loki glanced at them, back to Duo, and sauntered nonchantly towards Jake.

"Hitting on any hot masters recently?"

"Well i've been around i was tracking the beast that killed my village but i couldn't find anything so i set out north from there when i came across a beautiful young lady by the name of jessica so we sat down and had a couple of drinks got to know each other then she said 'Come with me i want to show you something', So me being me i did and she led my out of town towards a nearby hill when my head started hurting it turned out she was another master and she worked for atlas so we ended up fighting which resulted in her death it was a shame she was preety hot!" he sat down and took a long deep breath and he turned back to Duo 'What did he mean by despising the thought of me being alive am i really not welcome here anymore or is there something going on'.

Duo's body twitched and he sat up slowly, rubbing his head. "We should get moving...I can feel Atlas near...I can practically smell him..." He stood, his strings wrapping close to him, and he walked out the cave entrance, heading immediately east.

Something happened to Mat at the notion of Atlas being so close. Instantly, his eyes narrows, his posture went alert and rigid. The most prominent change in him was the fact that both arms were wrapped in blue flames up to his elbows. He showed no signs of pain of any sort. Mat followed Duo, spinning around as he walked to make sure they weren't surprised. Something was definitely up with Mat.

With that his monstrous zweihanders appeared.

Duo continued his brisk pace. As he did, he seemed completely cut off from all others, his eyes burning pure red. "I will...I swear I will..."

"My friends, for the world's sake, forbear
when Atlas be found, we drag by hair
With puppets strings of intricate line
I'll kill the bastard with these hands of mine."

Loki followed but then fell silent....this was going to get messy, real soon.

Duo's eyes were straightforward at all times. After only an hour of walking, they came to a door hidden deep in the side of a mountain. Duo tapped it with his strings, and it fell apart. He continued his walk, slowly and robotically, more like a puppet than a puppeteer.

Jake followed in Loki's shadow and was hiding in the ground when he brought out his two daggers "Alright just becareful everyone this could be a trap don't drop your guard even for an instance".

Laced with oil, the trapfloor beneath them opened as quickly as Jake spoke. Duo looked down, but had no time to grab anything. He fell without shouting, and landed softly quite a few yards underground. He looked up, then ducked aside as the others tumbled after him, looking around himself. "Where-.......Atlas..." He looked upon the Master and, without much regard to his own safety, ran forward, drawing his strings up and manipulating them to Atlas, who waved his hand. The strings fell limp, Atlas laughed, and Duo stepped back. Shocked, terrified, and utterly amazed.

For that was Atlas' power. The ability to nullify the abilities of other Masters.

"Teme-ra!" Loki turned his arms into giant gatling guns that fired thousands upon thousands of rounds in 10 seconds flat. As if that wasn't enough he shot 50 missiles at Atlas. Then materialising his zweihanders he remained on guard.

When the smoke cleared....

Jake appeared behind Atlas when the smoke cleared "Your mine Atlas it's time for you to DIE!" he said as he threw his two knifes towards Atlas "Pathetic" Atlas said as he ducked then threw Jake across the room into the nearby rocks.
