Seifer entered the village without hood and cloak. His clothes were different as well. His old kimono had been replaced by thin air. His bare chest shown, muscular, tanned, and toned. His old hakama had transformed into a dark black, skintight kind of hakama. He looked like he was a 1/3 Buddhist monk, 1/3 street fighter, and 1/3 swordsman. The people who mined in the village ignored him. Or rather, the sky was so dark that they could not see him. He walked through the village and reached the Hokage's office quickly. Once there, he jumped and landed in the window of the office, hopping in with ease.

Masamune stood and smiled. "I've been waiting for you, Seifer-kun...Shall we get started?"

Seifer turned, drawing Tsuriga. The blade's glow had grown quite a bit. It looked like someone was hiding the sun in the Hokage's office. "Kusanagi...This day is mine. You will perish at my hand...Saruten!" His eyes glowed green.

Masamune smirked and drew his own blade, a jagged stiletto. "I don't think so, Seifer-bozu..."

Seifer charged with Tsuriga and made a fake horizontal slice, then twirled once, side-stepped, and brought the blade down with fury. "Avankiri Jun Style: Seven Seals of Despair!"

Masamune had no time to react. Seifer's speed had more than quadrupled because of his training with Tosaka. So had his power.

Seifer cut down across Masamune's mid section, then across over the chest, in a cross shaped pattern. He then lunged the blade into Masamune's heart, lungs, stomach, and then directly into his forehead.

Masamune looked slowly at Seifer before his body crumpled to ashes due to the holy power of Tsuriga. He said nothing, but died instantly.

Seifer stayed in that position for a long time, then slowly, he walked to the window and threw a few fireworks, lighting them with katon jutsu. The fireworks clearly spelled out the message:

"He is dead! Rejoice, people of Konoha!"

Yoshitake woke once again "what the hell is this..."he was interrupted by fireworks in the sky "well sure did take their time"

Seifer walked out of the office building, Tsuriga sheathed, his head lowered. His thoughts were already on the next target.

Ishikawa was on his way back to the camp when a squirrel had reached his team "Alright new orders team you guys head back to the camp i got somewhere i have to be right now", With that Ishikawa left his team and headed towards Kohona as he reached the main gate he saw fireworks go off 'He is dead, Rejoice people of Kohona'.

Teiraa sat on a tree branch just outside of the village. " Seems that he's been delt with. " With that, Teiraa entered the village, and went up to the hokage's office. " Mmm, seems you finally did it, eh? "

Seifer looked quietly at Teiraa, but there was no smile upon his face. "Until I stop Orochimaru, we can't celebrate. Gather as many allies and shinobi as you can...I, Seifer Okai, shinobi of Konoha, declare war on the Sound and Sand villages...We will liberate the people who suffer under Orochimaru...But when the time comes for battle between me and him, and between me and Tenchi, do not interfere. I'm afraid I have the only weapon capable of truly killing either of them." He began to smile a bit. "But first, I starve! Feed me!"

((Yes, Seifer's last lines were quoted from Francis Ford Capolla's movie version of Bram Stoker's Dracula.))

Shinji and the others hear the commotion and decide to investigate. "Ok the two of you will follow me. the rest of you wait until I give the signal, it will be a red flare in the sky. If you see it then that means our village is free of that ruffian." "YESSIR." The shinobi left behind shouted as they saluted Shinji and the two who went with him. After a short time they reach the village entrance and saw Ishikawa standing there. "Oy Ishikawa hold up."

Ishikawa turned around and drew his sword "Oh it's you Shinji what so he's back is he? Seifer Okai of the leaf" Ishikawa looked up at the hokage faces they were still there in one peice 'thank god' he thought to himself, "Alright then but this is not my home my fight still lies in the village hidden in the mist and until we are free from Kabuto Yakushi's reign of terror then it's never going to be over for me, I lost everything during this stupid war even my own brother Haku to Kakashi Hatake i hold no grudges but i just wish Haku could of seen his errors".

"Perhaps Haku had no errors. There is no "error of your ways" for anyone. There are simply choices that people think are good, but they can actually be harmful. Haku never harmed anyone unless they attacked Zabuza. That was no error in that...The error would have been to enjoy killing people."

Seifer walked up to Ishikawa and patted his shoulder. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have something I must take care of." He walked away in search of Misuzu.

Once Yoshitake saw what is left of his house he stood in front of it staring at it blankly "great looks like I'm moving"

Ishikawa nodded 'Well at least he died fighting for what he cared for and to protect someone precious to him' "Seifer just be careful out there ok? we can't afford to lose you again your the whole pillarstone to this resistance so just don't go dying on me and good luck".

Seifer took Ishikawa and Shinji aside. "Prepare all shinobi possible. Tomorrow night, we will move in on the Sand, under cover of darkness. We'll liberate them for sure. That is my sacred vow."
