Makoto instantly threw the cloak over her shoulders, letting it settle down around her, she twirled around once, in a rather childish mannor. She was awfully happy with everything that had transpired... Well mostly anything. As much as she disliked Cloud, she couldn't help but agree with Riki. The fighting would have to stop, even if she had to stop it herself. She flip the hood up, letting it hide her her face in shadow. She turn to the priest and gave a light bow. "I thank you for your blessings and your kindness." She said very pristinely. "We will leave, as you have commanded." She look to the others and nod "Let's find Seifer, and set sail, yes?" She smile and left in search of Seifer, ready to make way to their next location.

The priests conversed silently with themselves, muttering about, "The End".

Seifer sat quietly, his armor absorbed back into his spirit. He sighed and yawned, sitting on a rock perched above the bay. He looked out towards the gentle scenery and stood. He turned to walk away down the hidden path he'd found, when he saw Makoto standing before him. "...Gomen-nasaii, Makoto-san..." He bowed his head apologetically. Then he noticed her new cloak and blinked. "Woah, where'd you get that?"

Makoto was long gone when the Priest began to mutter, even if she wasn't, it was unlikely that she would have heard it. When she finally found Seifer, she smile from beneath the hood "It's my last gift from the Priest." She did another childish spin to let him see all of the outfit. "Not only that, but they actually told me that I am to be know as 'Lady Makoto'! Weird, huh?"

Seifer smiled lightly. "It looks beautiful...Which reminds me, I got a World Map from that Amari person. And he told me about the boat thing..." Seifer smiled lightly, then walked with Makoto down to the ship.

It was huge. Written on the side of it was a distinct word. "Highwind", it said. Amari walked up to them and laughed lightly. "Welcome to boat of mine, friends. Make home for you and relax. I take you where you want go, ya?"

Makoto glance to Seifer "Well, where do you think we should go? Your the one with the map, right?" She said, nudging him forward a bit "Lead the way then." She really didn't have a clue where to go. It was unlikely that even if she had a map that she'd know where to go. How could she? This place, although still her world, was completely new.

Seifer merely nodded, looking at the map as he walked forward. He sat down in a chair to think, peering over the map with intensity. Finally, he lifted a finger and pointed. "We've started here...Perhaps we should go...Here."

The destination: Quimo, the Land of Despair.

"To Quimo it is!" she said to Amari. "Let's get a move on!" She said loudly, feeling like she may as well be loud. It really didn't matter, but it was fun enough for her. She found her way to the front of the Highwind and stood near the edge, peering toward the horizon, curious as to what new ventures would await them.

"As energetic as a little school girl" Cloud said with a smile then a small laugh. "Yes im excited as well. The land of Despair sounds interesting! Hopefully we meet lots of strong new people on this trip, and not to forget we also get Revenge for all those villagers that were killed" Cloud said as he bowed his head in honor of them".

Amari laughed. "We sail for Quima, then, at our fair Lady Makoto's request! Hoist anchor, lads! We've got little daylight left to use!"

The ship lifted up a bit as the anchor was pulled back in. It then dove forward for a moment as the engine turned on. The craft lifted above the waves and around 500 feet into the sky. The air wasn't so bad. It was a little cold, but nothing too bad.

Seifer smiled that night, standing with his hand on the rail and looking down at the sea. "...Wow..."

Seifer merely smiled less. "Hey, Cloud...Sorry about earlier...I was...feeling frustrated..." he turned to Cloud and walked up to him, then put both hands on Cloud's shoulders. He stared directly into Cloud's eyes for a moment, then turned and sat on a barrel by the rail, staring more at the sky now. "It...It's so gentle and quiet here..."

"Don't worry about it i was being obnoxious as well. But seeing this nostalgics sky really takes you back huh to the days where everything was so peaceful. and there were no wars. Right now were going to war to establish peace. But can peace at the expense of lives really be defined as peace?" Cloud said as he laid down and looked up into the sky.

Seifer nodded softly. "Spending lives for the sake of peace...I refuse to spend anyone's lives. If I can't beat Raine with my own strength, then I just can't beat him at all."

The ship rocked a bit. Then it full out rumbled. A pair of large wings appeared on one side, attached to the same oozing body that had attacked them twice before.

FIGHT!!!

Seifer draws his blade and makes a hard thrust to Raine's chest, but the huge beast's hide merely deflects the attack. MISS!!!

Makoto quickly acted, raising a single hand into the air. Again her mouth spoke wordlessly, speaking the magika tounge. She called forth to the element of lightning to strike down on her foe. She brought her hand down, and as she did, lightning fell from the sky, bee lineing toward the enemy.
