Makoto chose not to watch, not liking that they wouldn't allow anyone to assist with his task. It was a bit much, Makoto thought, and wanted to help. The rule, though, was that Riki had to do it on his own. If she jumped in, it wouldn't make a differance, he would still have to do the same amount. She wonder off, not really looking or planning to do anything, she just didn't want to watch..

Cloud was sitting in a tall tree."Hmmm, Who are these new people. They seem rather cruel. Oh well i might as well go meet them." He proclaimed as he hopped out of the tree.

Seifer turned his head quietly and stood, sighing. His gentle heart was grumbling at him inside. So, he walked down the cliff path and grabbed a few bags of flour. "I suppose that was enough humiliation. Just be careful about what you kill from now on."

Riki noticed the guy who came in and said nothin. Riki got up and walked out.

Cloud quickly appeared in front of riki almost instantaneously ." I asked you a simple question did i not. Now answer." He said with a fake smile across his face.

Seifer was beside Cloud. He coughed lightly. "Back off, punk. There's been enough violence here. This is Riki. I am Seifer. Now if there is something else you need, do not threaten my comrades. Instead, speak to me." he walked back inside Hana's home and sat on a pillow, picking an apple from the stream within.

"Just who are you guys anyways". Cloud said. "You all seem to have weapons but it looks like your to weak to use them am i right? Sorry but lately, i have just been itching for a fight."

Matoko stood silently behind Cloud, listening to him go on about wanting a fight and how weak they looked. "Ya know.." She said, biting into an apple "You shouldn't go 'round pickin' fights with people." She raised her eyebrows as she step past him. "N' besides, who said we couldn't fight? You should be careful who you insult." She said with a threatening smile. "It could come back to bite you." She said, taking a large bite out of the apple as she said this.

Seifer merely sipped some tea, his holy, white armor disappearing. Underneath, he wore a brown tunic and pants of the same color. "Calm yourself, friends. Let us make merry. We're one step further to stopping him..."

Miles away, on the ocean waves, a giant fin cut through the water. Something of gargantuan proportions was on its way to annihilate them all.

Makoto smile to Seifer and nod "If you say so, but doesn't mean I have ta' like it, right?" She said with a soft smile. "I'm going out for a walk.. I wont be far." She said, stepping out of the home before any words could be spoken to her. She stroll casually up the road they had once traveled to get to this town. She continue to munch on what was left on her apple, enjoying the taste. It seem to be all the sweeter here, which she deduced was from the tropical climate... Or something. Either way, it was good. She continue on as far as she could pausing to stare off to the sky, watching the clouds drift lazily by, watching birds fly over head toward the direction she'd come. A lot of birds.. "Weird." She mutter, confused at the sight over head.

((I do hope this is okay, the birds and me wondering in that direction and what not. :3 ))

Seifer sat quietly. He shook his head and stood, then walked away, out the door. He had some thinking to do.

Seifer stopped halfway down the steps of the porch. "No one's calling you weak, friend. You may join us if you wish."
