Our world is composed of three separate forces. Each is used by a dynasty.

Zerodyme, Dynasty of Chakra...Composed of Asia, the islands of the Indian Ocean between China and Australia, and Australia. This dynasty is controlled by Shinobi, otherwise known as ninja, powerful men and women with the ability to harness and control their own inner Chakra, unleashing it in the form of ninjutsu and genjutsu. Chakra is a substance composed of the mind and body that can be manifested using the 5 elements of fire, water, wind, earth, and lightning. The Shinobi's two ways of attack, ninjutsu and genjutsu, require the use of Chakra to be manifested into a physical or visual form. Some use this form in their eyes as genjutsu, a technique based on the old illusion methods of long ago. In any case, using techniques consumes Chakra. In the end, if a Shinobi's Chakra drops to nothing, s/he dies. It is said that Shinobi never give up; if failure is imminent, some have learned a technique that allows them to turn themselves into living land-mines. But still, the Chakra Dynasty is a very peaceful place, and deaths among Shinobi are rarely spoken about, since the battles between them are so secretive that few ever catch word of the existence of such fights.

Incar, Dynasty of Chi...Composed of Europe, Antarctica, and Africa. This dynasty is controlled by Banpei, meaning guardian. Banpei are people who have learned to use the power of the spirit, known as Chi, in many different ways, such as healing arts and complex blasts of raw spirit energy. The use of Chi has made the Chi Dynasty a mighty empire, and allowed it to be on rather good terms with the rest of the world. Those who use Chi tend to have a deeper understanding of the workings of the human heart. That is not to say that there are no evil Chi-users. The Chi Dynasty is full of its fair share of evil, just as is the rest of the world.

Thardus, Dynasty of Mana...Composed of North America and South America. This dynasty is controlled by Magi, wielders of Mana in the form of magick. Mana is a substance composed of the 5 elements, and is sometimes released from the bodies of the dead in the form of ectoplasm. Magi have an in depth knowledge of the world, and can tell when something is not right with it. The Mana Dynasty also has evil within, if not as corruptive as the Chakra Dynasty.

There is a representative from each dynasty that meets at London, England each year to discuss anything that must be done. Of course, there is a bit of grumbling here and there, but all dynasties cooperate as best they can.

Personality: Caring and protective of his sister. If someone wants to ask her out, they gotta go through him first. Sakura's timid and adorable nature often warrant the attention of many, many guys, so Seifer is kept pretty busy. Usually found at his sister's side. They even bathe together. No one has a problem with it, though, since Seifer wouldn't even think of doing something to Sakura. His greatest goal in life is to become a high ranking shinobi and buy his family's way out of the house they live in, so they can go to the mountains just like he promised they would.

Bio: Trained since the age of 3, he left the shinobi academy at 5. At the age of 7, he went into normal schooling with his baby sister, whose side he refused to leave. It got to the point where the people of all the schools he was to go to had to change the schedules so that Seifer shared all classes with his sister. It was either that, or die. At the age of 11, Seifer went to a fancy birthday party with many other students. They all made fun of him there. When he went home, all he could do was cry. In an angered attempt to stop the pain, he gouged his eyes. The wish to forget made a new jutsu that night. It blinded him forever, but now he could see like nothing before. And he would make good use of that ability from then on.
