"No you won't" Eclair said dryly. "You see, Azazar gave me these icky orders to kill you, no matter what." She walked slowly towards him. "Can you even stand?" Her eyes roamed over his wounds and she took out a dagger. "I guess I won't need my keyblade to kill you after all"

Avan glared at Eclair. She was wrong. He could stand. Moving was another story. He felt paralyzed.

Looking down the end of the dagger, he tried to lift his sword, but it was no use. Dropping to his knees, all Avan could do was stair up at her. "Is this really how it ends for me?" He wondered.

Eclair's hand shook a little as she raised her dagger. She really had hoped she wouldn't have to do this, but she had to do what she had to do. Just as she was about to bring the dagger down on his heart, a large crash from the outside shook the room and Eclair fell over.

One of the dark soldier came in running in a paniced state and started screaming about an invasion. "We need your help outside!" the soldier said panting. Eclair glared at the soldier. Couldn't they do anything by themselves?She glanced at Avan for one last time Well, he'll probably die from that wound anyways... she thought. Eclair sighed and let herself get dragged away to the battle outside.

Riki used the crash in the wall as a chance to run over to Avan. He looked at him. "I never fully mastered this spell but whatever here it goes."

"Cura"

After a second his keyblade light up and a green glowing circle appeared around Avan. All of Riki's wounds fully healed and he hoped Avan was better.

Lydia smiled at the intruder, " Come get Avan out here." looking at Avan she shook her head, then spoke seriously. " I never stabbed anyone's back. I was the one stabbed." With that she walked over to Eclair, "Now are you paying me my money, or should I just leave?" she asked him. Looking at Avan she thought back.

She thought of the day Avan had left her for another platoon. They wouldn't allow them to train together anymore becuase of there powers. In her heart she knew they could have fought for him to stay, but he walked away. Later he phoned her and wrote latters at how amazing it was to be a Leader, and that I also, must be enjoying my self.

He was wrong. In all facts, the 'Big Guy' on the light side asked me to go into some ruff terrian. A lot of her man died and it was a lost cause. In fact 'Big Guy' wanted it that way, wanted Leader Lydia and her platoon to die. Determind she made it all the way to the end, and when she looked at the guy she smiled. " Look, i'm sure your surprized I made it her. But I'll give you an offer, you life or money." Then man loved his life so he offered her three the money to kill the 'big guy'. And so she took it, luckly for her, 'Big Guy' never metioned his plans on killing off Lydia to anyone, and one day he dissapeared. Lydia had enough to get new equippment, nice logging, and everything her Platoon needed. She fund it all and also paid them. Far and wide did man come to be in her Platoon. From that moment on she decided to become a Mersionary for the war, even though she is even to this day consider light, she has a dark side of survival.

His wounds healed, Avan stood. "Riki, get out of here. Now." He turned to find Lydia standing there. Lifting his blade, feeling completely fine, he twitched. "I know about your past, Lydia...But that doesn't matter. If you'd wanted me to stay that badly, you should have fought harder...But now that I see what you've done, I can't let you live any longer. I'm afraid I have to stop you here."

Riki nodded his head. He got up and left. "How am I going to get out of here now." He looked around and when through the door and started looking around. "Thank good I haven't seen any heartless yet. I heard they were hard to kill." Riki said as he was running around trying to find an exit.

Lydia laughed and looked at him. "Avan, the only thing I fight for is what I'm paid for. I've always been the same, Avan, haven't you relized. The Light force paid me in food shealter and great training, that was there payment. They paid me to fight for them. After you left I was sent away to a training camp far away, training all the men that you saw on our last battle. Of course adding a few here and there, but still. The men agree with me, that inorder to take care of ourselves and even some of the few men that have families. We shall take on the job that pays the most." Looking back at Eclair. " Lady Eclair, your Captian came to me and asked for my assitance, and he offered me a great price. Until him, I was under the Light force, because they were paing me with everything that was nessary, including paying me for my service. But Captain Azazar gave me a better price." turning back to Avan, " that is why i'm here. And that is why I will not fight with you." Walking away she looked straight up, " Lady Eclair, if you see time to tell me your decision of continue my payment or not, please inform a guard to come notify me in my tent." with that she walked away, and back to her tent.
