FullMetal Alchemist: Ultimatum

Alchemy. The ability to create an object using another object of the same mass and molecular structure. This process can be summarized in three simple steps:

1. Understanding - An alchemist knows the chemical make-up of an object.
2. Decomposition - An alchemist breaks down said object into a single molecular structure.
3. Reassembly - An alchemist rebuilds the object into something new, yet the object has the same mass.

To do all this, alchemists must go by the universal law in alchemy. It is called the Principal of Equivalent Trade. This principal states that "to obtain, something of equal value must be lost." If an alchemist does not obey this principal, deadly results can occur from alchemy.

In the hands of an intelligent, capable alchemist, alchemy can be a tool for good, or a weapon for evil. And it is this practice of alchemy that I myself have studied nearly all my life, since the age of 5.

Hometown: Rosa, a little farming town with some of the nicest, friendliest people around, besides the Resembool people.

Seifer smiled and watched his first class for the year enter, particularly noticing how short the skirts were. Though slightly disgusted with the taste in color, as well as the length and how timid these girls must be at having to show their legs like that, he also felt rather good at being able to be a teacher. Meaning he could get away with lengthening said skirts if he felt like it.

Jigen Misaki-Father; Works as a State Alchemist in Cnetral, known as the Light Alchemist.
Akane Misaki-Wife; Works as a Hostess at Central Commands military cafe.
Yoshi Misaki-Son; Just started grade school. Wants to be a State Alchemist.
Sue Misaki-Daughter; Student in High School. Wants to be a doctor in the Military.

Hometown: Central. The city that holds the main branch of the State Alchemists Military.

Personallity Description: Happy-go lucky kind of guy. In some ways hes kind of like Colonal Hughes. In the aspect that he loves showing his son and daughter off to everyone he knows.

Sasuke walks in to Central Command and is Saluted by Lt. Havok at the main office. "Morning LT. Havok how was your date last night?" Lt. Havok begins turning red. "Sir it wasnt really a date. Just kind of a get to gether." Sasuke chokes on a laugh. Yeah, just what I said to my friends when I first started dating Akane. Come on you can tell me." Havok looks at the Lt. Cmdr and reluctantly responds. "It was a little awkward at first but I think we warmed up to each other." "Well good for you Lt., good for you. I'll see ya." With that Lt. Cmdr Misaki walks to his office on the second floor. Right across from Colonal Mustangs office. As he walks up to his office door he hears shouting coming from Mustangs office. "Oh come on Mustang just give us another chance." "And why should I? For 8 months now you've been searching for it and havent turned up one piece of evidence about it." Sasuke smiles to him self. "Well sounds like the little dog and big dog are at it again." A hot headed Edward Elric comes smashing through the door. "Who are you calling so little he needs to be seen with a 10x magnifying glass?" Sasuke stands there stunned for a moment. "Oh uh I think the guy ran down that way." Pointing to the fire escape on the second floor. "Why that freak is dead." Ed flies off down the hall with his brother Al trailing behind screaming for him to catch up. "(Sasuke thinking to himself) Everytime hes here he falls for the same thing." Sasuke turns to see an annoyed Mustang sitting in his office chair. "Oh sorry Colonal didnt mean to have your fun run off on ya like that." Mustange relaxes a little in his chair. "Oh thats ok Misaki, I'll just have you working overtime on paper work is all. A literal frozen Sasuke stands there with a freaked out look on his face. "You have got to be kidding me." "I never kid about paper work Misaki you should know that by now." (Sigh)"Yessir. I'll get right on it sir." Sasuke slumps into his office locking the door behind him.

((For future reference, this is actually based 1 year after the movie, except Ed and Al are back through the gate, so meh, thanks for bringing them up.))

Seifer smiled quietly as his class ended. He walked out the school doors and headed to Central to pick up his little sister.

Name: Zant Yamato

Job: none at the moment

Alchemist Title: in training. Wants the title Elemental Alchemist

Alchemical Power centers on: Fire, Ice, Earth. He owns a glove similar to mustang's on his right hand which he uses to shoot fire jets. On his left hand he as a glove with a simialr transumation circle. For this, he dips his hand into a container of water on his hip and uses that water and the water in the air to make deadly ice weapons. He also has 6 transumation circles tattooed on his body. He places large rocks or metal objects on them to create small peices of armor.

Hometown: Ishbal, though he was exiled for learning alchemy at the age of 10. Has practiced in the mountains in secret since.

Zant walked building where alchemy classes were supposed to be held. He watched a number of people exiting the building and realized he was late. "Damn watch, I thought it was broken." Zant looked left and right and saw someone in a state alchemist's uniform. He hurried up to the man to ask, "Excuse me, I enrolled and missed today's classes, I was wondering what all went on today." Zant seemed oddly confident despite his torn white shirt, faded jeans, and ishbalan dark skin and red eyes.

Seifer blinked and turned to the student. He blinked again. "Dark skin...Red eyes...An Ishbalite..." He smiled and shook his head. "Well, not much. Just introductions as usual. We start real classes tomorrow, so you might be in my class." He smiled and walked away. As he stepped into the Central Command where Sasuke worked, Seifer blinked, noticing Ed. "Woah there, Ed. What's the rush? Winry announce that she's having your baby?"

Ed twitched and looked at Seifer a bit uneasily. Hard not to when the guy was around 8 feet 3 inches tall, weight around 180 pounds, and had muscles that put Alex Louis Armstrong to shame. "Actually, someone called my so short that my body would have to be under a microscope to be seen. And now I gotta find the little....Grr...."

Seifer stifled a laugh and nodded. "I'm sure you'll find him...Oh, and hey...Eh heh, thanks for telling Alex and Sasuke about the paperwork. I just got it sorted out today with my spare time in class, so thanks alot."

"Oh, it's no problem, Mister Captain Okai-sama." Al answered as he walked up to the two of them, thankfully no longer in armor form. "We know you didn't get them sorted because you had lots of papers to grade. We told the Colonel that too, and he says he understands."

Seifer slapped his forehead in relief. "Thank the Highfather. You guys really help me out alot, you know, especially you Alphonse."

Ed just shrugged and walked off. Al smiled. "It's what we're good at, I guess." He then followed his older brother.

Seifer walked further into the building, saluting the Colonel as he passed his door. "Good afternoon sir." Seifer opened the door to Sasuke's office and walked in, holding the stacked and organized folders he'd been tasked with....well, organizing. "Afternoon, Sasuke-kohai." He smiled lightly to his co-worker and looked at the files sprawled across his desk in shock. "Hot damn, man, what the hell did you do, have a tornado in here or something?" He asked aloud, stacking said files up in some chairs.

"Unfortunatly thats the least of my problems." Sasuke stood up and saluted Captain Okai. "I said one little thing and the Colonal decides to give me paper work to last a life time. Oh hey by the way Akane and I are having a bbq later tonight, do you want to come over? You can bring that girl friend of yours to if you want. Akane's been wanting to meet her for a while. So she figured that by getting me to pull out the grill it would be a good exscuse to meet your girlfriend."

At the mention of his, since yesterday, ex-girlfriend, Seifer shook his head. "We're not going out anymore. She found another guy." He attempted a smile. "A bbq does sound fun right about now, though. My little sister's been wanting to play with Sue-chan for a while. How is she by th-"

Roy shoved his face in the doorway. "If you two are done chit-chatting, Sasuke here has work to do, and Riza wants to speak with you, Seifer, about those files."

Seifer nodded, waved to Sasuke, then vanished out the door to talk to Hawkeye, carrying the files with him.

Zant turned to face the man named Sasuke, "Excuse me sir, are you an official alchemist?" Zant asked politely. "I would love to test myself against an official."

Sasuke looks at the young ishbalin for a minute. "I tell ya what. I am having a bbq with your teacher tonight, and I will talk to him to see what he thinks about your skills. I dont accept matches if the person I am going against isnt that skilled." A few hours pass and Sasuke and Akane get ready for the bbq. "Sasuke why dont you go ahead and call Seifer over." "Right." Sasuke picks up the phone and dials Seifers house. After the phone rings for a minute a young girls voice picks up and answers. "Hello." "Hi is this Sakura-chan?" "Yes." "THis is Sasuke, youknow your big brothers friend?" "I know who you are." "Hahahah, is your brother there?" "Yep, here he is." Sasuke and seifer talk for a minute and then Sasuke hangs up the phone with "Ok we'll see you guys here in a little bit."

Seifer walked slowly over to Sasuke's house. "Hmm....So, what's up, buddy?" He smiles and blinks, noticing Roy, Ed, and Al.

Sasuke looks at Seifers surprised look and figures out what the look on his face means. "Ah yes, I can probably guess what your thinking. And believe me I didnt invite them. Akane and Sue did. Appearently although Sue will never admit it but she has a crush on Al over there." Sue heard this and ran over trying to cover up Sasukes mouth to keep him from saying anymore. Then looks at Seifer standing in the doorway. "Oh goodevening Mr. Okai sir. Hows Sakura and everyone?"

Zant walked off from the two and strode off into the city untill nightfall. "I guess it's about time to find a place to sleep." Zant yawned and stretched his arms upwards. Walking into a back alley Zant sat against a wall and fell asleep.

Seifer smiled and knelt, giving Sue a gentle hug. "Sakura is ok. Oka-san is fine. I'm glad you asked."

Al waves at Seifer, who waved back, then sat on a couch. Seifer walked into the living room and saluted quietly. "Evening, Colonel."
