Dracula: Resurrection
In the year 1462, Count Dracula died. In the following weeks, his grave was searched, only to behold animal bones. In the 1700's, he resurfaced as The Vampire King, Lord of Castle Dracula. He was sealed away many different times by the Belmont Clan, and a few times more by his own son, Alucard, and the esteemed Doctor Abraham Van Helsing.
Now, in the year 2008, something stirs...A shadow moves, and the wheels of Fate turn once more, breathing new life into the phrase, 'Love never dies.'
In the Romanian countryside, a group of teenage Americans came upon a crack in the side of a mountain. When they went inside, the group found an odd sight. A coffin, engraved with silver crosses and enveloped in wreaths of, by now, rotten garlic. The eldest teenager, Brom, made his way to the coffin and popped it open with considerable ease. After a few moments, fog lifted into the air...None who had entered were spared from the wrath of an ancient evil.
You are whomever you want to be. A vampire hunter, a vampire, a human being, or even a halfbreed.
Lord Dracula has escaped. It is up to the greatest Vampire Hunter clan, the Belmonts, to stop him again. His target this time is a 25 year old woman named Elizabeth Harris, whom he senses is the reincarnation of his beloved Elizabeta, whom he loved long before his death in 1462.
Hunt down Dracula, Belmont, and destroy him before he achieves his goal. Other vampires may side with you, for many of Dracula's own kind fear him.
A dark shadow moved across the floor of a young girl's room, slipping out the window and into the night. The servants came in to check up on the daughter of the mayor of the Romanian town, only to discover her dead, the blood drained from her body. They called for the guards, but it was too late. Her assassin was long gone.
The next morning, there was an article in the newspaper about how this was the 5th victim to succumb to the murderer, whomever or whatever it may be.

Description: An S-ranked monster in every monster hunter's book. Dracula is nearly unstoppable. Crosses, holy water, garlic, and bibles do not affect him as they do his many spawn. He served the cross is life, and is thus unaffected by holy objects in living-death. He controls the meaner things in life, and it is said that no woman can resist his charms. He can shape-shift into a bat, wolf, even mist or fog. Dracula's powers stem from his oath before dieing that he would 'return from my own death to avenge hers with all the powers of darkness'.
As a vampire, he wields the strength of 20 men, and can not be killed as easily as a human. Like many vampires, he has a hatred for the Sun, for the light is a symbol of God. Most vampires, except Dracula and any half-breeds, burn up immediately in the sunlight. Dracula's powers are merely weakened. He must sleep in the earth of his homeland, but if one blesses the soil in his coffin, he can no longer take refuge there.
Take heed, mortals...Dracula commands legions upon legions of undead. His dark fury is so great that even Death himself has allied with the Prince of Darkness. Beware if you must go to Castle Dracula itself, for the Dark One has powers of persuasion and pleasure on his side, something no human can ever truly be untempted by.

Description: Born a noble's child, Avan had no life outside of ordering servants around and going to his garden to play. One night, when he was 14, a vampiress named Jill bit him. She had hoped to make a meal of him, but she discovered he was actually a half-breed, and decided to train him each night. She taught him how to catch his prey, to lure women into the darkness, and how to get what he wanted, when he wanted it.
After he turned 21, Avan stopped aging. As one of the vampires, he was remarkably intelligent, and was picked up by the Belmont Clan. In exchange for his help with slaying vampires who were sick and deranged, who killed for fun, he was allowed to stay in their quarters in Norin Castle, a place that suited him perfectly. His handler, the one who gave him his meals, didn't last too long after he tried force-feeding Avan. Avan wound up killin him, and another person is currently on their way to replace the first.
As a half-breed, Avan is unaffected by holy objects. He has the speed and strength of a pureblood vampires, but normal bullets still hurt him and could possibly kill him if used correctly, like any normal human. Asa half-breed, Avan can shapeshift into a bat, wolf, or the mist at his leisure. His true strength lays in his large, broad muscles, which allow for him to hold down even vampires. Even for a half-breed, though, he must still sleep in the soil of his homeland, the halfbreeds only weakness.
