Seifer's class was interrupted. "Captain!" He turned to see a fellow State Alchemist walk in. "What is it, Hedges?"

The Alchemist coughed a bit, trying to catch his breath. "People...causing riots...in streets...Lieutenant Misaki sent me to fetch you!"

Seifer's eyes widened. he turned to his class and shouted as he left the room, "Class dismissed!"

When he came to the scene, it was rather gureling. Several alchemists had started transmuting things to use as weapons. Seifer growled and lifted his hands, clapping them and slamming them into the ground. The pavement wrapped around the civilians in a giant cage. "That's enough!"

The people turned to him. Sakura walked up to the cage bars and looked through them at her brother. "Big brother, what's going on...?" She began to cry.

Mustang picked up a megaphone. "Everyone, we regret to announce that their is something loose in the streets...Something that might be a chimera...We ask that everyone please comply with our orders until this matter is through with. Immediately upon completion of our mission as "those who use alchemy to protect the people", we will allow you back into your homes, and guards will be dropped back to their normal stations. Until that time, though, we wish that you cooperate."

A few of the civilians quieted down, as did everyone else. They began to whisper amongst themselves as Seifer dropped the cage and reformed the pavement. He sighed and coughed lightly, then stood and stretched. "Everyne go to their designated area, or go through with your daily activity. There will be a curfew at 9:00 P.M. If you do not wish to mistaken for the chimera and attacked accidentally, or to be attacked by the beast itself, we ask that you be at home by this time."

The people went on their way, murmuring amongst themselves. Seifer sighed and walked to the Colonel. Hawkeye put her gun away quietly. "Sir, what do we do now?"

Sasuke sighed and walked over to Seifer. "Thanks for coming down when you did. Sorry for pulling you out of class like this."

Seifer shook his head. "It's alright. I dismissed them today, anyhow." He yawned lightly as the other alchemists re-transmuted their weapons back to their normal forms.

Mustang sighed. "This is getting a little out of hand...Everyone, let's get inside. We'll head back out at 9:00. Understood?"

All saluted. "Yes sir!" They walked into the building and each went their separate ways. Seifer went to his office and sat by the window to think.

"Well I'm going to begin my rounds early and try to get done with them before dark. Akane has been wanting me to spend more time at home with her and the kids. So I'll see ya later Seifer." Sasuke waived to Seifer and headed off to begin his rounds.

After Sasuke left, all was quiet. Seifer got paired with Major Armstrong for patrol duty at 9:30, after Hawkeye and Mustang finished their 9:00-9:30 patrol. Seifer walked calmly, carrying a spear. His ears were practically twitching for the sounds of someone moving that shouldn't be around.

When he came back around, Alex reported that he'd seen and heard nothing. Seifer reported the same, then they went on their second rout, going in reverse direction.

Alchemist Title:Air Alchemist(or if my power isnt allowed im the Lightning Alchemist)

Alchemical Power:Three dimensional circles that i can create in the air have increased power(with lightning alchemist i can redirect energy from any source and strike enemies with bolts of lightning or create a thin lightning armor around me)

Family:
Koratu ireki - About 15 years and helps in bar i run.
Koratu Hayate and Kotaru Seya - died in car accident

Hometown: Raynard, a small town in the outskirts of the country, lives in center tho.

Hiretsu was a little worried about the killer roaming around at night.
-I hope Ireki will understand that she cant stay out with her friends at late now and doesnt just ignore it like almost the rest of my rules, he said to himself as he walked back to the bar.

Sasuke was making his evening rounds and noticed how quiet it was. Of course with the curfew in effect it really shouldnt surprise him to see it so calm and quiet but with this Chimera running loose he had doubts that even Major Armstrong would feel comfortable in this quiet solitude of a once lively city. After another hour Sasuke finished his rounds and made his way back to his house. Sasuke walked inside making the statement, "Honey I'm Home." Akane came running up to him waiving her arms frantically all the while making shooshing noises to keep Sasuke quiet. "I just got the kids to sleep. You'll wake them if you arnt carefull. Then you'll have me to deal with buster." Sasuke swallowed nervously. "Y-yes ma-am."sasuke decided to sit on the couch and catch up on his murder/mystery reading. Apparently the doctor did it. At least in Sasuke's mind anyway.

When Hiretsu got back to the bar he saw that someone had already decided that he earned a free drink so he walked up to that person and hit him hard in the face with the club he had hid behind the door to the rest of the beer he had stocked up and dragged him outside.
"Sigh, one day im gonna put a lightning tag in the beer so that no one can take a free refill", he thought to himself and smiled softly to the image of the people who tried taking free refills again as he went behind the bar to serve drinks again.
-Im just lucky it aint my time to go on patrol this evening, he said loudly to himself as he watched his sister go around the tables, cleaning the dirt of some and just ignoring the somewhat clean tables.

Seifer returned home as well, though a bit later than usual. "Mother, I'm home." He called out. Hinata walked into the room and smiled, embracing her son. "It's good that you're ok, dear. How was your patrol this evening?"

Seifer shook his head. "It was ok...Nothing to report. Everything was...Just too quiet..."

Kotaru was done for the night at his bar.
His sister had already gone home and he was planning on going with her, but remembered that he had some stuff to do in his bar, like planting that lightning tag on the beer and locking the door, stuff like that.
After all the work was done. he looked at the time.
-3.30 in the morning, Kotaru moaned, im going my round in half an hour.
Kotaru hastily locked the door and put a tag there to see if anyone had broken in before he came back after he had slept after his watch.
Kotaru slowly dragged his feet home to get his uniform on and get something to eat on the way.

(Ummm, Reborn. put your dialogue in quotation marks. If it's a thought, put it in quotation marks and italicize it.)

Seifer met Kotaru on the way, going to the Colonel's office. "Hey, Kotaru-kun. You're off for today. But Major Hawkeye requires you to look at some files at the Library for her. They're in the back room, waiting on you right now." He walked away and headed into Mustang's office, giving his report.

(sorry avankari my computer aint showing the last dialouges right now so plz excuse me if my char is doing something wrong and tell me so i can change it oh and btw can u show a quotation mark and italicize mark? Im from sweden so i have no idea what they are)
