Kotaru moaned at the news, he thought he could've gotten off early tonight.
He slowly dragged himself, head bowed down, to the Library so he could take a look at the files hawkeye had given the orders to look at.
I must be the most unlucky guy in the world, he thought sadly to himself.

Sasuke couldnt sleep so he decided to go down to his basement for a little training. He started to head down there but the phone stopped him when it started ringing. He quickly picked it up to keep it from waking the kids. "Misaki residence." A deep voice that could almost match Alex Armstrongs voice spoke on the other end of the line. "Samurai Alchemist I presume?" Sasuke had a somewhat puzzled and serious look on his face. "Depends, whose asking?" "Your time is almost up, Samurai Alchemist. Unless you want that beautifull family of yours involved in this matter I suggest we meet in a more private area where I can end your life." Sasuke had a look more of hatred and anger on his face than when he first started this conversation. "Who are you?" The man on the other line let out a scoff. "Meet me in one hour in front of Lab 13." "Fine just let me get someone to watch my family." "Make it fast I'm waiting. (Maniacal Laugh)" Sasuke hangs up the phone and begins dialing Seifer, and listens as the phone rings.

Seifer picks up the phone quietly. "I got the same call, Sasuke. I'll meet you down there."

Seifer quietly walked up to a street light, standing out in front of Lab 13. He turned an eye as the stranger walked up to him and Sasuke.

Sasuke looked at the stranger. "Alright were here. Now how-bout you answer my question from earlier over the phone. Who are you?" The stranger smiled. "Very well. I am but a humble servant to someone who wishes a private audience with the two of you. This way please." The stranger motions for Sasuke and Seifer to enter Lab 13.

Kotaru was finally done with the documents the commander had given him order to look at, although he thought that someone like him shouldn't have this kind of mediocre task while the killer was on the loose.
It was much later then usual when he was done, those documents took more time then he thought it would so he took the chance of taking a shortcut home past Lab 13 so he could get home quicker.
but when he got past a corner and saw Lab 13 he also saw Seifer and Sasuke with some strange looking person leading them into the lab.
strange, what are they gonna do, Kotaru thought to himself.
As a member of the alchemists its my duty to watch what they are doing, without their knowledge of course, Kotaru thought but the main reason was really because he hated when some people knew stuff that he didnt.
After he came up with that excuse, mostly for himself, he silently walked after them.

Seifer walked slowly with the strange and Sasuke. He whispered to Sasuke, "Be on your guard...", then continued walking.

"Right." Sasuke nodded in agreement and had gotten in a stance to prepare himself for anything.

As they went further in to the Lab they were suddenly met by someone else. A man in plain clothes and a scar running down the left side of his face. The man then spoke. "Good to have the two of you hear. My name is doctor Iblis (Ibly). I have brought the two of you here in the hopes of you letting me perform some tests." Sasuke began to eye the doctor. "What kinds of tests?" The doctor smiled with an evil grin. "Oh nothing out of the ordinary. A few routine blood samples are in order as well as being my guinei pigs for the Philosiphers Stone creation. The usual." Sasuke looked even more discusted. "Your sick."

Seifer twitched an eye. He wasn't only disgusted. He was also rather annoyed. "Don't bullshit me. It's a known fact that Philosopher's stones require heavy amounts of lives to be created, according to Dr. Cain Marco's theory. And according to the Ishbalite theory, many more lives are required for creation. How the hell could we help you make one....And why do you need our blood?"

Doctor Iblis smiled more deviously. "Why the answer to that question is very simple Mr. Okai." Sasuke looked at the doctor with narrow eyes. Then the doctor put on his best (but not very convincing) sincere smile and spoke again. "There is no real reason, I just wanted to get your reactions when I said that. Now if you would be so inclined to step right this way. I plan to use a new alchenic source to create the Philosiphers Stone. When I have created this stone it shall go down in history as the 'Iblis Stone.' And dont try to fight me on this I do have men watching your families and all it would take is for me to miss one regularly scheduled check in and your families will...well lets just say that the wild beast thats been roaming the city will have found a way inside each of your houses." Sasuke began to boil over with rage. "You sick freak, you think you can intimidate us with threats like that and expect to get away with it? You are sadly mistaken." "Ah ah ah ah ah ah...Calm your self. We dont want anything happening to those beautifull kids of yours do we? Hmm?"

Seifer twitched. If Sakura and his mother were involved, he had no choice...Unless...Seifer grinned qider than the cheshire cat. "Well, I dunno, maybe I don't care about what happens to the twerp and that crazy bitch...How about you make a better threat?"

Doctor Iblis smiled deviously more so than usual. "Oh trust me Lionhart Alchemist. You dont want to go there. If I wanted to I could have that little girls lifeless body sitting right here infront of us if you are not willing to take my threats seriously." Sasuke was catching on to Seifers plan and tried to get the situation back under control. "Alright look, theres got to be another way around all this." The doctor shook his head. No I am afraid that..." The phone sitting on the desk next to the doctor began to ring. The doctor looked at Sasuke and Seifer with a rather annoyed face. "I swear everytime I start to get into a monologue it never fails. Exscuse me." The doctor answered the phone with a rather dark and disgusted tone in his voice. "This had better be good for interupting me." "Sir team 2 here, we lost contact with team 1 at the Misaki residence." The doctor had a somewhat annoyed and surprised look on his face. "What do you mean you lost contact with them? Where are they?" The leader of team 2 started to answer but was interupted by the sound of an explosion and gunfire out side. The doctor tried to get more info. "Whats going over there?" "Sir I dont know but...ahhhhh." An explosion could be heard over the phone as loud as anything. "Hello, hello, is anyone there?" Sasuke saw his chance. In one fluid motion he had used his alchemic powers on a metal pole right by him which he had positioned him self to earlier and transformed it into a Samurai sword. Then he had cut down the guard next to him and Seifer. "SEIFER YOUR TURN."

Seifer grinned. It was then he used his true powers as an alchemist. He turned to the doctor and clapped his hands, pushing them onto the ground. The ground around him seemed to fuse directly into his body. A moment later, the dust settled, and Seifer looked at the doctor while in the shape of a large lion, twice the size of a normal one. He roared and charged forward, grabbing the doctor in his jaws and holding him there in case he made any sudden moves.
