lol I dont think you need an interview, just say you want the job

regarding manga reviews, would you have to read the whole series or just a few chapters?

all positions regarding anime will be taken care of by blizzarddog5
(he's the one recruiting his helpers but i don't think he needs any more ppl)
all posistions regarding manga are "filled". 1 is for sure already and i'm waiting on confirmation from the other person.
@urahara: it's a must that you've read the complete manga serie.
Layout will be taken care of by me. but i might need someone who checks the layout when it's finished. (not sure yet)

What i still need are a DVD reviewer
and someone who wants to do a newsflash section on manga and anime

The entire thing, I love reading xD Manga are normally better then anime anyways. Plus theres great manga like Remote which I don't believe ever was turned into an anime. Im not sure if Ragnarok did or not. The anime for Berserk was alright though I was alittle disappointed in the fact that many scenes were just cut out entirely to focus on one character, Griffith, who turns out to be the main antagonist, whereas the entire series really revolves around Guts, Casca, and Puck who isn't even in the series! The only reference to him is in one short scene, though only people who read the manga would notice, but the Elf dust used to heal Guts was from Puck.

Puck is an elf that looks kinda pixie/fairyish. Full of confidence, a total hyperactive annoying comic relief character who uses Guts as his meat shield and then smacks the enemy with a spiky flower.

Umm...so I suppose my qualifications are that I tend to read alot, love manga, and have a good memory for detail and will usually remember the book in fairly decent detail for about 5 years or so, even if its never brought up.
