**Please note that before you read any of the following statement, please keep it in mind that it is simply my personal belief and I have no interest on imposing it on others**

All in all, the magazine is not a bad idea, however, all the effort put into its constructions could easily not be worth it. In modern time, the average human is lazy, and / or always wants to be doing an "active activity". The reason I am saying this is that is unlikely for most anime viewers (aside from those in the zomg community) to read, let alone, download ZOMGmagazine. It would be best to try to think of other ways to get the mag "to the people" (aside from the simple download)
So now, I propose two possible side-options
1. Honestly, I assume you (the "mag" team) were most likely planning on doing this anyways, but I shall say it either way. Have the magazine viewable directly from the site. In other words make a tab on the homepage or something of the sort. It could be viewable one page at a time, similar to that of most manga viewing sites

2. This one could be a little tricky, but if pulled off right could make a difference. An interactive magazine site. Instead of scrolling through the pages, have a special website that would allow the viewer to quickly get to what he or she was looking for without having to deal with downloads, etc.
I have [quickly] created a rough idea for what I meant by such a statement. Before you view this, I would like to say a few brief things. 1. I made this fairly quickly, if this were to actually happen, I would guarantee that it wouldn't, "suck". 2. All the pictures used weren't really thought about and generally are slightly pixilated due to sizing issues. An "actual" draft would use much higher quality pictures, as well as better ones. 3. The buttons move around slightly, thats an easy fix. 4. The website that it is hosted on is not really meant for the filetype, so it runs a bit slow, if we did this the hosting site could be upped. Also relating to the hosting site, it actually almost doubles the actual.. "site" in size, the final would be a lot smaller with no white space on the sides
Oh, and as of now, only the "anime" buttons works, and it doesn't really lead anywhere to important

A few things that I would like to note about this general design:
1. I would make the banner animated (and of course different, I just stole the forum one for now, and I assume Soph would have something that could replace it as well)
2. The orange panel is slightly see-through, making it possible to make pictures the background. An example of how this could be used would be if the viewer was reading a d gray man review, then the background would be a d gray man picture
3. Sound could be easily added
4. Plenty of other "stuff" that I'm sure I'm forgetting
and don't forget, these are just suggestions
