Since change of registration system end of September zomgforums was able to block at least 38 spam attacks from nerds trying to ruin the fun inside this forum. Most of these attacks came from users using russian/arabic mail account (dont jump into conclusions - users came from US using these mail services)

Thus the decision to change the registration was a correct one in order to protect the existing members that joined zomgforums with the idea to have an save area.

The zomg team will continuously inform you about your security because it is the highest goal in here to keep you save and protected.

They're bots that post spam advertisements for some site or another in the same vein as the ones that try and spam email accounts.

Usually trying to sell cell phones, video games, pharmaceuticals, etc...
