I think he meant animated GIF files (A montage of images, shown at a speed to make the viewer see it as moving.)

Animated GIF files would be pretty good btw.

Lol I knew what he meant, but I don't know why he said it.
There is no mention of animated gifs in the rules, which means gif files are allowed. =/
