There seems to be a problem on watching FUSHUGI YUUGI
Whenever I try to watch a video, a blank space with a questionmark in the middle comes up.

How come I can't watch videos?

All jesting aside though, can you mention the specific episode in which this occurs? We're aware that a large section of this series has been removed.

It's on our to fix list, but there's only so much that can be done in a day after all.

But what you're describing doesn't appear to be that the episode has been removed scenario, but rather that there's a technical issue on your side. It could be anything from not having Macromedia installed, to Java issues to only having windows media player, whilest the file you're trying to play requires say Quicktime.

Not enough data at this point to be able to pinpoint it, least not enough data for me anyway. Might be enough for someone else though.

I think the problem is from my side.
So are you saying that I should install Macromedia,windows media player and quicktime?
I just got my computer so i don't really know what my computer has.

I just gave some examples as to what the problem could be, but they are not the only things which could be causing the problems.

It's a bit hard to do tech support, when you can't see what exactly you're dealing with.

But anyway..
First off download the latest version of Macromedia flash player, I think they've been taken over by Adobe, so you might see something like Adobe Flash player. Once, that's fully installed, then try one of the episodes we got.

If, it works, then we know what the problem was, if it doesn't, then at least we know what wasn't causing the problem.
