I just register here and i try to upload GIF pic as avatar but it wont work.
And i thought it would be very good for forum if we can upload gif (moving) pic as avatars.

Oh like that. Im srry for my misunderstanding. But if we cant fix this, we can always use photobucket and other free sites right? So use those in the meanwhile

i got it now you can link off site of your avatar but you cant upload from your computer ...
