If it's a single video file (subs are embedded into the video physically)... make sure you're converting it using a proper resolution. Try converting the video without changing the resolution of the video.

Ok I need something that can turn my .AVI and .MKV Files into MP4s so i can play em on my ipod anyone know a free good converter?

one question about super

where do the encoded vids go?

cuz i didn't select an output directory..

any answers?

Well I use FireFox Download helper but when you download it comes in flv format so I downloaded a very simple quick program called BitComet Flv Converter.

IIRC, it defaults to C:/

So it will be in your C: drive along with your Program Files folder, etc.

hmm i just realized i haven't posted in this

well i use Any Video Converter it works very well but i don't know exactly what all it can convert but it fits my needs just fine

Ive been using Cucusoft, however the trial version will leave a "watermark" on your video. the good thing is thsat even the trial version will let you download and entire movie.

i use SUPER too but now days i don't really need to convert any files. stuff that i use can pretty much run any format
