Japanese Games to English translator!!
For those who want to play Japanese Games but couldn't because of the Language used in the game. I've found a good program in some website that will solve your problem ^_~ ,\/,,
http://fhcofbrasil.googlepages.com/G..._SOFTWARES.htm
and this is the tutorial you need to read before installing it..
http://fhcofbrasil.googlepages.com/A...RIAL-INDEX.htm
This is a nice program that helps you to play Japanese Games specially Eroge/Galge/Echii/Harem Games with ease..
Btw This program has no virus, 100% safe to use, and 100% working good but still there is no known 100% japanese Translator as of today, you may encounter some minor error in the translation but it will be probably minimal...

Actually, my friend used this to play Little Busters!....I guess you can say it did "its job".
But...
...there are mistakes. It's very hard not to have mistakes from using a translator...no matter how advanced they are. Basically, it'll be like a bad dub and won't translate the "meaning" behind the raw text. You will understand the story..but you won't "feel" the story.
That's why the fan-translation groups are working their asses off
I appreciate their work so much

well at least you've a 80% understanding of the game.. 80% is better than not understanding what your playing ^_~

I'd still stick to either
1. the fan group translations (very very good usually because the staff really work their asses off)
or...
2. learning Japanese
There's no meaning in getting a hard...cold...direct translation, but that's just me...I guess I'm weird that way huh?

actually no fan subbing group translate games.. Only the companies of the console and producer of the game translate it ^^,
Yeah learning Japanese is the best way, but it'll be a long time before you actually be Professional in Japanese language (can you wait 5-3months/year before you play the game u liked?..I guess not and I'm pretty sure that u'll play it even if it is Japanese, juz to see how wonderful the game is..)
many people "like me" are not yet good at Nihonggo that's why they temporary used this kind of program

It takes more than a year to learn Japanese ...unless you're a genius or something.
Also, there ARE fan translation groups. Link below shows of all of them.

And the link you put is just a Visual Novel Fanssuber ==' it's not a Game Fansubber duh! and a big DUH!!
Haven't you read my post "only Creators of the game console and the producer is the only one license and have the rights to SUB games"
FANs can't sub games coz if a "FAN" sub a game they'll be sued by the game companies
that's y i said "years" also!..
3-5months it means only the basic Jap lang
3-5yrs means advanced Jap lang ^_~

I kind of got confused...so I'm not sure if the stuff I say below applies to what you said above.
Anyways...
The creators don't make "fansubs". The only translated VNs are done by North American companies who bought the license to the Japanese game.
Of course, they don't really do that anymore after finding out that they sell as nicely as shit.
So, fan subbing groups translate them for the fans who actually care. It's similar to how groups sub anime right?
If you apply your logic of being "sued" for tampering with copyrighted materials...then, wouldn't anime subbing groups get the same treatment?
Of course, that's never going to happen because ALL of these fan translation groups work absolutely for free.
Free=no profit=nothing illegal.

nothing illegal?.. seriously.. ==' ur makin a big mistake... duh and a big DUH again...
even if the fansubbers don't profit on it.. what do you think what will happen if all people got a hold of free stuff?.. (people will get the free stuff and they'll thank the fansubber for that, but it will back fire at the original game creator and will go bankruptcy then shut down
Haven't you read what " PIRACY" do to companies?.. it makes anime/entertainment/gaming industry fall...
do you think the creators will just release their games just for free and sell them for free?..
as you know in reality people do need to eat and need clothing and etc. right?., so if the creators sell them for free, how can they buy all the stuff they need to live?..

and btw i won't reply in ur stupidity anymore!, your just digging a grave for yourself

First of all...I don't believe I've said anything offensive to you. So... wai so serious?
and...I'd like to point something out

Which is why ALL translation patches will not work unless you have the copy of the original game disk. There's an easy way to get around that, so it is possible to still pirate.
but...
the fact that these fan translation groups are against piracy shows how they're doing nothing illegal...
I mean, if they're actually selling these patched up games ...that'd be another thing.
....and sorry, but...I DO know what I'm talking about.
