I went on Veoh and it actually said some video was unavailable to my country? I was like WTF I like in the same country as you Veoh!!

Proxies are like server's in other country's (Mostly USA) Wich makes you able to use their IP Adress to surf on the internet without showing your real IP. In this case it makes you (If you're in a blocked country) use a proxy and go on Veoh

You might not have to install any software on your computer to view Veoh videos. As it's been mentioned a few times before, using a US-based proxy to navigate Veoh should allow you to watch the content no problem.
