Depends on what I download...

If it's a large file over 1-2 gigs and it says you can torrent..I'll torrent incase a random problem occurs with the computer. It will still be torrenting when I open it back up and everything.

Just depends really.

I don't know, I tried downloading a torrent once and it said it'd take like 24 hours. That's a rediculus amount of time. I'll stick with direct downloading.

Well for me its Direct because it has way better download speed and its just better than torrents and faster xD.

Torrents for sure, though only small files like <500 mb is direct for me.

Depends entirely on what you're doing.

Large downloads or group downloads, such as multiple episodes or videos/music is better with torrents because you can download gigs and gigs of content at fast rates. Also things like software is better with torrents because you can often times get multiple package files at once.
(You NEED to port forward if you're going to go with torrents.)

If it's a once a week episode download then go for DDL. It will have a decent speed and you have a reliable source.
